Reviews on our website can only be submitted by customers with a registered user account and only for products that they have actually purchased from us. The rating function is only activated after a purchase has been made.
It is technically not possible for us to give double ratings for one and the same product. A user account can only rate a purchased product once, even if it is ordered multiple times.
All reviews are manually checked and approved by us in order to exclude hatred, hate speech and extremist statements, as well as unjustified bad reviews.
